Booking and your consultation
How do I book a consultation?
Book a consultation online, or call or text (213) 342-1106. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.
Can I have a virtual consultation?
Yes. You can meet in person in Beverly Hills or virtually. A virtual consultation is by video.
What happens at a consultation?
Dr. Farajzadeh asks about your goals, your medical history and medications, any earlier surgery, and any filler or injections you have had. A procedure is planned around your anatomy, your tissue quality, and the way you want to age, and sometimes the honest answer is a smaller procedure, a different one, or none at all. You leave with his recommendation, and its cost is reviewed with you once that plan is clear. Your Consultation walks through each step.
What should I bring?
Nothing is required. It helps to know your earlier procedures, any filler or injections you have had, and your medications and supplements.
Is there a consultation fee?

Where is the office, and where can I park?
The office is at 435 N. Roxbury Drive, Suite 400, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The building's lot charges a fee, and free parking is plentiful nearby, including free two-hour street parking on Bedford.

Yes. Your consultation is with Dr. Farajzadeh himself, in person in Beverly Hills or virtually.
Does Dr. Farajzadeh perform injectable treatments himself?
Yes. He performs injectable treatments himself.
Where did Dr. Farajzadeh train?
Dr. Farajzadeh completed the Integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at UC Davis, where he served as Chief Resident. His training is set out on Meet Dr. Farajzadeh. His publications are listed on Research & Publications.
Surgery and recovery
Where is surgery performed, and what anesthesia is used?
It depends on the procedure and on you. Some procedures can be performed in the office, under local anesthesia, or in an operating room, and others only in an operating room. Where yours takes place, and under what anesthesia, is decided at your consultation.
Do I need to stop nicotine before surgery?
Yes. You will need to be nicotine-free for a minimum of six weeks before and after surgery.
What is recovery like?
Recovery unfolds in stages, and its shape depends on the procedure. The timing for your own recovery is reviewed with you before surgery.
Do you offer neurotoxins and filler?
Yes. At FarajzMD, fat is the filler of first choice, synthetic filler is used in select cases, above all in the lips, and neurotoxins are offered. Filler dissolving, with or without fat grafting, is offered for facial rehabilitation.
