The pocket

The incision
With Motiva Preservé, the implant is placed through an incision of approximately 2.5 to 3 cm in the fold beneath the breast (the inframammary fold).
The implant
Preservé uses Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix implants, placed with a no-touch insertion sleeve, and typical implant volumes are up to about 315 cc.
The sleeve allows the implant to be placed precisely in its pocket without trauma to the implant or the breast tissue, and it protects the implant from exposure to bacteria.
